Invoice99 ("we", "us", "our") provides invoicing, quoting, and business management tools for small businesses and freelancers in South Africa. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using Invoice99 (the "App"), whether via our website (app.ipfi.site), Android application, or other platforms, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an account and use Invoice99, we collect the following:

We do not collect or store full credit card numbers. Payments processed via PayFast are handled directly by PayFast and are subject to their own privacy policy.
We use the information we collect to:
Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Documents shared via the Client Portal feature are accessible only via a unique, randomly generated link. Anyone with this link can view the shared document — do not share portal links publicly.
Invoice99 uses the following third-party services to operate:

Information may be disclosed if required by law, to comply with a legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Invoice99, our users, or others.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
Invoice99 is intended for business use by individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Invoice99 uses browser local storage and cookies to keep you logged in and to save draft invoices locally on your device. These are essential for the App to function and are not used for advertising.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
